A cast of 80 celebrates the solstice with singing, dancing, and storytelling in the Christmas Revels. This year the show looks at America's folk traditions, including Appalachian clogging and fiddling, African-American spirituals, Shaker tunes and dances, and Native American tales. Among the highlights are the drum- and dance-filled African-American holiday celebration known as Jonkonnu, and a dramatization of "Wicked John and the
Devil: a Jack Tale.'' Tonight at 7:30. Additional shows through Dec. 27.
$15-$52. Sanders Theatre, Harvard University, 45 Quincy St., Cambridge.
